As a Behaviour Mentor with Vision Teaching, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualised support to students who require additional guidance and resources.

You will be based at a vibrant primary school in the Borough of Newham, where you will work with a diverse range of students and staff to develop strategies for managing challenging behaviour.

Job Description:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:

  1. Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional guidance and resources
  2. Work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop strategies for managing challenging behaviour
  3. Support students on out-of-school transfers and assist with reintegration into lessons
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and improve outcomes for students
