Your Role:

As a Behavioural Interventionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Working one-to-one or in small groups with students to address behaviour issues and develop self-regulation skills.

  • Providing on-call support to respond to situations across the school where additional support is needed.

  • Building strong relationships with students to encourage better behaviour and engagement.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to training and professional development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative school environment.
