The Role

We are seeking a Positive Behavioural Support Worker to join our team at Chester-le-Street. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to young people and adults with complex challenging behaviours, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To work closely with our Positive Behavioural Support Specialist team to implement positive behaviour support plans and interventions.
  • To provide support to individuals accessing our services, enabling them to make informed choices and take control of their lives.
  • To collaborate with the team to develop and implement areas of activity, supervision, care, support, and training for individuals accessing our services.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive induction and training package, regular supervisions, and opportunities for career development.
