Job Description

Behaviour Mentor Job Summary

The Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify and address behaviour issues in students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to develop self-regulation strategies and improve behaviour.
  • Respond to incidents and provide support to students in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to implement behaviour plans and track progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or social work.
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural difficulties.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per year (term-time only) and opportunities for training and professional development.
