HR Business Solutions Manager

We are seeking a talented HR Business Solutions Manager to join our client's team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering HR solutions that support the organization's goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Providing expert advice on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure compliance with HR and people-related policies.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to drive staff engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
