Sellick Partnership is seeking a Strategic HR Advisor to join their client based in Wolverhampton. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining credibility as a senior HR professional on the people strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working at a similar level, with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the role:

You will work in partnership with the senior management team and other professional advisers to develop and deliver a strategic and operational HR plan consistent with the business plan, HR strategy, and HR Plan. This will involve driving staff engagement levels and embedding a positive culture, identifying risks and developing action plans, and ensuring compliance with HR and people-related policies, procedures, and processes.
