Job Description:
The Family Assessment Team Lead will be responsible for supporting families experiencing complex difficulties at a critical time in their lives. This role involves implementing parenting interventions, teaching parents essential skills, and modelling positive behaviours. The successful candidate will also provide daily living assistance, attend appointments, and engage in activities with families. Additionally, they will have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing effective parenting interventions
- Supporting parents in developing essential skills
- Providing daily living assistance and attending appointments
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Management qualification preferred (either held or willing to work towards)
