About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead our Family Assessment Programme in Walsall.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in family assessment and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Family Assessment Programme.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience working in a family assessment environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of £29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum, or £13.25 - £17.16 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.
