We are seeking an experienced and skilled Family Assessment Programme Manager to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, which will see you working closely with families who require intensive support and round-the-clock care. Your primary responsibility will be to implement parenting interventions and provide guidance to parents on developing essential skills for caring for their children.

You will also be responsible for supporting families with daily living tasks, attending appointments, and engaging in activities that promote family well-being. Additionally, you will have a duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective parenting interventions to support families in need
  • Collaborate with social workers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place
  • Mentor and develop less experienced staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A Management qualification (either held or working towards)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • The capacity to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
