About the Role

Job Description
  1. Conduct initial assessments to identify the needs of children and families referred to the service.
  2. Develop safety plans and conduct risk assessments for children at risk.
  3. Respond promptly to urgent cases, manage crisis situations, and provide empathetic support to those in need.
  4. Manage a caseload, develop care plans, and regularly review cases to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  5. Collaborate effectively with health, education, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to families.
