Role Overview:

The Team Leader Family Assessment role at Progressive Care UK Limited involves leading a team of professionals in the assessment process, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to families.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate strong relationships with local authorities, schools, and other service providers;
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports, as required;
  3. Contribute to the development of effective assessments that meet the needs of families;
  4. Manage and lead a team of professionals in the assessment process;

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or education;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a family assessment setting;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with local authority policies and procedures;

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum (inclusive of 4 sleeps), or £13.25 - £17.16 per hour, depending on the role, plus a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work with a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of families.
