Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Family Assessment Centre in Walsall. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, overseeing the assessment process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to families.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the development of effective assessments that meet the needs of families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead a team of professionals in the assessment process;
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and other service providers;
  3. Ensure the delivery of high-quality assessments that meet the needs of families;
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, as required;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or education;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a family assessment setting;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with local authority policies and procedures;
