Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Child Welfare Professional to join our team as a Lead Child Protection Advocate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of child protection practice in Walsall, working closely with a team of experienced social workers to provide expert guidance and support. You will be responsible for managing a team of non-case holding social workers, participating in Child Protection Conferences, and contributing to rewriting child protection practice.
