About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our Organizational Effectiveness & Change Team at Johnson Controls. The successful candidate will lead organizational change strategies for complex projects, ensuring effective execution and measurement of change plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management plans to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and implement change strategies, ensuring effective execution and measurement of change plans.
  • Manage change workstreams, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and metrics development.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Engage with leadership to establish a shared vision for change and prioritize critical activities.
  • Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track change management progress and report on adoption rates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in international change management, including ERP system transformation.
  • Proficient in applying change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to learn new concepts, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
  • Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and business functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for aligning cross-organizational efforts.
  • Change Management certifications, such as APMG and Prosci.
