About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Tax Transformation team in KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects
  • Help clients design, build, and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions that are designed for tax
  • Support clients in understanding the importance of tax, the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries, and the value that it can bring
  • Work together with other Tax Transformation colleagues and other groups in KPMG-UnitedKingdom, such as Consulting
  • Help clients develop robust global governance and process frameworks
  • Develop our service offerings and service delivery models
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Line manage managers and assistant managers and oversee the output of offshore resources to deliver client projects
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services that the client may need and liaise with subject specialists
  • Coach and provide technical support for other team members
  • Follow KPMG-UnitedKingdom best practice and policy

  • Awareness or experience of tax and accounting compliance processes (Direct/Indirect tax returns, statutory accounting)
