We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Tax Transformation team in KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects
- Help clients design, build and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions which are designed for Tax
- Support clients in understanding the importance of Tax, the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries and the value that it can bring
- Work together with our other Tax Transformation colleagues as well as other groups in KPMG such as Consulting
- Help clients develop robust global governance and process frameworks
- Develop our service offerings and service delivery models
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with both existing and new clients
- Line manage managers and assistant managers and oversee output of offshore resource in order to deliver client projects
- Identify opportunities to identify additional services that the client may need and liaise with subject specialists
- Coach and technical support for other team members
- Follow KPMG best practice and policy
- Proactive, curious, committed and invested in self development and learning
