Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Transformation Manager to join our Global Compliance & Transformation team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering global and large tax transformation and technology projects, supporting clients in designing, building, and deploying ERP and tax automation solutions, developing robust global governance and process frameworks, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage global tax transformation and technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement robust global governance and process frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Technology Implementation: Support clients in designing, building, and deploying ERP and tax automation solutions, leveraging expertise in tax technology implementation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in tax transformation, ERP implementation, and project management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
