Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Transformation Manager to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our Global Compliance and Transformation team, you will be responsible for delivering tax transformation and technology projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects.
  • Help clients design, build, and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions that are tailored to their specific needs.
  • Support clients in understanding the importance of tax and the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries.
  • Work closely with our other Tax Transformation colleagues and other groups in KPMG to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with both existing and new clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in tax transformation, ERP finance and tax, and tax technology implementation.
  • Knowledge of tax and accounting compliance processes, including direct and indirect tax returns, and statutory accounting.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify core issues, and integrate information to drive results.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
