Manager - Global Compliance & Transformation - ERP

This is an exciting time to be part of our GCT team at KPMG, where reimagining tax is a strategic priority for our UK and Global business. We have a diverse client base, from mid-market to FTSE-listed groups, from public sector to real estate to financial services. The role involves working on clients of all sizes and across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project managing the overall delivery of global and large tax transformation and technology projects, often as part of a wider finance transformation program.
  • Helping clients design, build, and deploy ERP and tax automation solutions that are designed for tax.
  • Supporting our clients in understanding the importance of tax, the optimal way to address tax requirements in their countries, and the value that it can bring.
  • Working together with our other Tax Transformation colleagues as well as other groups in KPMG, such as Consulting.
  • Helping clients develop robust global governance and process frameworks.
  • Developing our service offerings and service delivery models.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Line managing assistant managers and graduate trainees and overseeing the output of offshore resources in order to deliver client projects.
  • Identifying opportunities to identify additional services that the client may need and liaising with subject specialists.
  • Coaching and technical support for other team members.
  • Following KPMG best practice and policy.


Requirements

  • Awareness of technology and automation to drive efficiency, risk management, and value.
  • Experience in process, risk, and controls design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills, communicating with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent, and clear.
