Senior Manager - Data and Automation

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in driving our clients' tax transformation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Tax Transformation Projects: You will lead and manage tax transformation and technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design and Deploy Automation Solutions: You will design and deploy automation solutions for tax, leveraging your expertise in tax compliance, automation, and reporting.
  • Develop Governance Frameworks: You will develop global governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Manage Teams and Projects: You will performance manage teams and oversee project delivery, identifying opportunities for additional client services.
  • Coach and Support Team Members: You will coach and support team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: You must have experience in leading engagements and client relationships, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Expertise: You must have a strong understanding of tax and accounting compliance processes, as well as experience with tax technology implementation.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
