About the Role

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Lead Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists, as well as developing and implementing evidence-based therapies to support children and young people with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapies to support children and young people with mental health needs
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for service users
  • Contribute to the development of the service and its strategic direction

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a graduate training in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work, occupational therapy)
  • Experience of working with children and young people with mental health needs
  • Experience of providing clinical supervision and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
