Job Title: Clinical Lead Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Therapist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists, as well as developing and implementing therapeutic programs for patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists
- Develop and implement therapeutic programs for patients with complex mental health needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
- Provide training and education to staff on therapeutic interventions and best practices
