Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to grow our clients' footprint across new disciplines, sectors, and international markets.
  • Strategic Client Networking: Build and leverage senior client relationships to unlock new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Contractor Engagement: Foster lasting connections with contractors, ensuring our clients are preferred partners.
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and connect with high-calibre candidates using digital platforms and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop credible relationships with clients and candidates, showcasing deep sector expertise.
  • Team Oversight & Mobilization: Guide the Account Team in smooth mobilization, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
  • Client Interaction & Support: Lead business proposal support, project follow-ups, and regular client reviews.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Provide detailed reports on account activity and performance using tailored metrics.

About You:

  • A proven track record of Account Conversion, demonstrating success in converting prospects into active, revenue-generating accounts.
  • Cross-Selling Expertise: Proficiency in cross-selling departments, projects, and volume opportunities.
