Executive Director of Sales Growth

At Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting, we're seeking an exceptional Sales Growth Leader to spearhead our account expansion initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and securing high-value new business opportunities in the energy, renewables, and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to grow our clients' footprint across new disciplines, sectors, and international markets.
- Strategic Client Networking: Build and leverage senior client relationships to unlock new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Contractor Engagement: Foster lasting connections with contractors, ensuring our clients are preferred partners.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and connect with high-calibre candidates using digital platforms and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Develop credible relationships with clients and candidates, showcasing deep sector expertise.
- Team Oversight & Mobilization: Guide the Account Team in smooth mobilization, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Client Interaction & Support: Lead business proposal support, project follow-ups, and regular client reviews.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide detailed reports on account activity and performance using tailored metrics.
About You:
- A proven track record of Account Conversion, demonstrating success in converting prospects into active, revenue-generating accounts.
- Cross-Selling Expertise: Proficiency in cross-selling departments, projects, and volume opportunities.
