Sales Director for Growth

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Growth to lead our Account Management team in Manchester. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage budgets and sales profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, and lead the Account Management team.
- Conduct weekly 1-1s and team development sessions.
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Manage a CRM pipeline to track client communication, upsells, and new deals.
- Support the team in contract negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Achieve key business KPIs, including new business, client retention, and revenue growth.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of performance reporting, financial processes, and budgeting.
- Strategic thinking with commercial awareness.
- Demonstrable experience building and executing sales strategies and achieving results.
- Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and foster long-term client relationships.
Salary: £80,000 + uncapped commission. Bonus structure available.
