Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director for Growth to lead our Account Management team in Manchester. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Manage budgets and sales profitability targets.
  • Recruit, train, and lead the Account Management team.
  • Conduct weekly 1-1s and team development sessions.
  • Build a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Manage a CRM pipeline to track client communication, upsells, and new deals.
  • Support the team in contract negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Achieve key business KPIs, including new business, client retention, and revenue growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a sales head/director/manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of performance reporting, financial processes, and budgeting.
  • Strategic thinking with commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrable experience building and executing sales strategies and achieving results.
  • Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and foster long-term client relationships.

Salary: £80,000 + uncapped commission. Bonus structure available.
