About the Role

This position is responsible for driving maximum sales volume of Escode's products and services in either the UK or US regions through successfully managing a small team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling total services solutions to senior-level executives and experience in recruiting, developing, and coaching new sales team members.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the industry vertical, including regulation and compliance issues, and be able to develop effective business relationships with all levels of internal and external customer management.

A strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Power BI, and analytics is also required.
