P3 Charity operates 24/7, providing support to 109 individuals across Cambridgeshire through its Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. Our service consists of 17 houses in Cambridge, offering practical and emotional support to help individuals build confidence and live independently.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with mental health professionals to ensure the people we support are successful in their journey with us. You will have the opportunity to work in various environments across the pathway, catering to diverse levels of need.
