Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and positive individual to work with us in Cambridgeshire as part of our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. This role involves providing practical and emotional support to individuals living in our services, helping them build confidence to live independently.

As part of a wider accommodation pathway, our service delivers support to 109 people across Cambridgeshire. We work closely with mental health professionals to ensure successful outcomes for those we support.
