About the Position:

  • We are seeking a Accommodation Assistant to join our team and support residents in emergency accommodation.
  • In this role, you will assess and support residents' needs, provide a wide range of support using current best practice, and work a variety of daytime shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of homelessness challenges.
  • Genuine interest and drive to support residents.
  • Well-organised with a high standard of resident support.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary of £18,388.40 per annum for 27 hours per week.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
