About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Assistant Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Addenbrookes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the allocations and bookings for onsite accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team of General Assistants, whose duties include housekeeping, service cleans and general hotel style changeover within the buildings.
  • Process rent payments, invoices and raise purchase orders.
  • Communicate with tenants and the wider team and deal with queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the wider management team to ensure standards are adhered to regarding building checks, repairs, inspections and compliance.

About You

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, experience working with tenancies and agreements, and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
