About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Removals Sales Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our clients in the removals and relocation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners to drive value and growth.
  • Lead Qualification: Successfully qualify new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the removals and relocation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong business development and lead qualification skills, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity.
