About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Removals Sales Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our clients in the removals and relocation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Qualify New Leads: Utilize your sales skills to identify potential clients and qualify new leads for our removals and relocation services.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive value and increase sales.
  • Resolve Complaints and Objections: Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and objections in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheme Creation and Business Development: Focus on creating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through scheme creation and business development initiatives.
  • Client and Partner Experience: Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive value and increase sales.
  • Social Media and Networking: Utilize social media and networking activities to promote our business and increase brand awareness.
  • Technical CPD and Training: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing technical CPD and training.
  • Quotations and Surveys: Conduct in-depth video and site-based surveys to provide detailed quotations to clients.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing department with project workings and case studies to generate business interest.
  • Revenue and Profit Growth: Drive revenue and profit growth to achieve personal, team, and business targets.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and report significant events or situations to the wider group.
  • KPIs and Sales Meetings: Work closely with line managers to ensure all KPIs are met and attend monthly sales meetings to report sales data and discuss targets and actions.
  • OH&S and Environmental Policies: Ensure all operations under your control adhere to company OH&S and environmental policies and report any incidents to senior management.
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the removals and relocation industry. You will have excellent customer service skills, strong administration and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Domestic, European, and international knowledge is a distinct advantage.

In return, the successful Removals Sales Consultant will be offered a competitive salary and commission structure.
