Removals Sales Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Removals Sales Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit, a leading recruitment agency specializing in Removals, Relocations, and Global Mobility. As a Removals Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating specification and project opportunities through existing and new client bases for our UK department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new leads to drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive value and revenue
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and objections
  • Focus on scheme creation, business development, and client experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key agents and business figures
  • Promote the business through social media, networking, and webinars
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with line managers to meet KPIs and sales targets
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience in the Removals/Relocation industry
  • Domestic, European, and international knowledge is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
