Removals Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Removals Sales Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating specification and project opportunities through existing and new client base, for our UK department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and successfully qualify new leads
- Build strong working relationships to drive value within the services provided
- Handle and resolve complaints and objections
- Focus on Scheme Creation / Business Development / Client and Partner Experience
- Build strong relationships with appropriate agents and high-profile business figures
- Actively promote the business via social media activity, networking, and webinars in line with the long-term business plan and strategy as and when required
- Carry out technical CPD, attend seminars, and training sessions to actively increase profile and own core skills
- Carry out in-depth video and site-based surveys at customers' homes to provide detailed quotations
- Assist the marketing department with project workings and case studies to generate business interest
- Drive revenue and profit margin to achieve personal, team, and business targets
- Have up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity, report significant events/situations to the wider Group
- Work closely with line managers to ensure all KPIs are met
- Attend monthly sales meetings to report, sales data information supporting monthly wins, pending accounts, promising future prospects, and the following month's targets, actions, and booked meetings
- Report risks and provide instruction to employees and subcontractors
- Ensure all operations under your direct control strictly adhere to company OH&S and Environmental policies at all times and report any incidents in relation to OH&S or environmental policy to senior management
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with at least 3 years of sales and customer service experience within the Removals/Relocation industry, with domestic, European, and international knowledge being a distinct advantage. Candidates must be able to work independently and within a team, have excellent customer service skills, as well as strong administration and organisational skills.
In return, the successful Removals Sales Consultant will be offered up to £40,000 in line with skills and experience, plus commission.
