Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Removals Sales Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating specification and project opportunities through our existing and new client base for our UK department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and qualify new leads successfully
  • Build strong working relationships to drive value within our services
  • Handle and resolve complaints and objections effectively
  • Focus on Scheme Creation, Business Development, and Client and Partner Experience
  • Establish strong relationships with relevant agents and business figures
  • Promote the business through social media activity, networking, and webinars, as required
  • Participate in technical CPD, attend seminars, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Conduct in-depth video and site-based surveys to provide detailed quotations
  • Support the marketing department with project workings and case studies to generate business interest
  • Drive revenue and profit margin to achieve personal, team, and business targets
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and report significant events to the wider Group
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure all KPIs are met
  • Attend monthly sales meetings to report on sales data and provide insights
  • Report risks and provide guidance to employees and subcontractors

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of sales and customer service experience in the Removals/Relocation industry. Domestic, European, and international knowledge is a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent customer service skills, and have strong administration and organisational skills.

What We Offer

The successful Removals Sales Consultant will be offered up to £40,000, commensurate with skills and experience, plus commission.
