Job Title: Business Development Manager for Removals

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Removals to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact allocated sales leads to generate new business
  • Respond professionally to incoming enquiries
  • Input all activities into the company's CRM system
  • Clarify customers' buying criteria and requirements
  • Price bounce to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget
  • Introduce affiliate services where appropriate
  • Follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records in the CRM system
  • Assist in general administrative duties when required
  • Accompany consultants and attend events when necessary

Requirements: We are looking for a confident communicator with strong networking skills, commercial awareness, and good negotiating/influencing skills. You should be PC proficient, particularly with Word and Excel, and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.

What We Offer: The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, up to £30,000, in line with experience.
