Job Summary

Red Recruit is seeking an experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients in the removals industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact allocated sales leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Respond professionally to incoming enquiries and clarify customer requirements
  • Input all activities into the company's CRM system and maintain accurate records
  • Develop opportunities with prospects and customers for the sales team to quote on existing services and new services
  • Assist in general administrative duties when required and accompany consultants to events as needed

Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in the removals industry
  • Commercial awareness and good negotiating/influencing skills
  • Confident communication and strong networking skills
  • PC proficiency, particularly with Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

What We Offer

Up to £30,000 in line with experience and the opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency in the removals industry.
