Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the relocation industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential moving clients and new removals business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement strategies to target key markets and expand our customer base.
3. Identify, approach, and secure new moving clients through networking, cold calling, and direct sales efforts.
4. Tailor our moving services to meet the specific needs of potential clients, ensuring a personalized and effective sales pitch.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to our overall revenue growth.
7. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for potential clients, working closely with our operations team.
8. Attend monthly meetings to report on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives.
9. Work closely with our marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the relocation or logistics industry.
2. Strong understanding of the London market and the challenges associated with international relocation.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas.
