Role Overview

The Opportunity Hub UK is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, creating proposals for new accounts, and managing all enquiries for specific accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships
  • Collaborate with Bid Writers to create high-quality proposals and secure new business
  • Manage all aspects of account management, including client communication, contract negotiation, and cost management
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and meet or exceed client expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
