Education Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Relationship Manager to join our team at The Opportunity Hub UK. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders associated with our accounts, as well as managing all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills, as well as a strong business acumen and analytical skills. They will be able to engage and work collaboratively, and have a passion for education and closing the inequality gap.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Creating proposals for new accounts and working with Bid Writers to bring in new business
- Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders associated with our accounts
- Managing all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents
- Attending and leading meetings with account contacts
- Ensuring termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible
- Managing costings and funding for each account
- Evaluating, analyzing, and monitoring progress of each account and tutor
- Recruiting and onboarding tutors and conducting assessments
- Providing support for tutors with all aspects of the role
- Processing tutor documentation for each contract
