Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Red Recruit, specializing in the removals industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact allocated sales leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Respond professionally to incoming enquiries and input all activities into our CRM system
  • Clarify customers' buying criteria and requirements, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Price bounce to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget, and introduce affiliate services where appropriate
  • Follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records in our CRM system
  • Assist in general administrative duties and accompany consultants to events as required
  • Meet KPIs focusing on opportunities, information capture, and weekly/monthly sales activities

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in the removals industry
  • Commercial awareness and good negotiating/influencing skills
  • Confident communication and strong networking skills
  • PC proficiency, particularly with Word and Excel, and attention to detail

What We Offer:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, up to £30,000, in line with experience.
