About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Red Recruit, specializing in the removals industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact allocated sales leads to generate new business opportunities
  • Respond professionally to incoming enquiries and input all activities into our CRM system
  • Clarify customers' buying criteria and requirements, and provide solutions to meet their needs
  • Price bounce to gauge customer reaction and estimated budget, and introduce affiliate services where appropriate
  • Follow up all enquiries to conclusion and maintain records in our CRM system
  • Assist in general administrative duties and accompany consultants to events as required
  • Meet KPIs focusing on opportunities, information capture, and weekly/monthly sales activities
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least two years' experience in the removals industry, who has commercial awareness and good negotiating/influencing skills. You should be a confident communicator with strong networking skills, and proficient in PC software, particularly Word and Excel. Attention to detail is essential.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £30,000, in line with experience.
