Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, creating and maintaining a software-based HR system, and reviewing and updating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
* Create and maintain a software-based HR system
* Review and update policies and procedures
* Support with recruitment duties, including writing job profiles, advertising, screening CVs, and assisting with interviews
* Answer employee enquiries and concerns
* Work with Accounts to manage payroll
* Send out job offers and conduct reference checks
* Develop the induction process for new starters

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in database applications and computer software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: 25 hours per week
