Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records of all staff members.
  • Creating a software-based HR system to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Reviewing and updating HR-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Supporting recruitment duties, including writing job profiles, screening CVs, and assisting with interviews.
  • Managing payroll in collaboration with the Accounts department.
  • Providing guidance to the Director on HR-related issues or concerns.
  • Developing and improving the HR function within the business.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems to optimize recruitment processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and employment law to ensure compliance.
  • A relevant qualification in HR or Personnel is required for this role.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or Above or Equivalent are essential qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and employment law.
  • A relevant qualification in HR or Personnel.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or Above or Equivalent.
