About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a remote basis and contribute to the success of our client, a leading manufacturing company.

Job Summary

The Senior Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering full turn-key bridge packages safely, on program, and on budget. You will be the centerpin of the scheme throughout its life cycle, directly liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive projects from the sales team at handover point
  • Prepare and report commercial health of projects, including cost-to-complete and at-a-point-in-time analysis
  • Develop fully compliant programs for internal and external use
  • Manage internal and external resources to maintain program schedules
  • Coordinate with the factory to ensure projects are on program and within budget
  • Prepare RAMS, site files, and H&S documents in accordance with HSE guidelines and internal procedures
  • Organize and procure plant, materials, fixings, and other items required on-site for installation
  • Attend meetings with clients on-site and via Teams
  • Lead installation teams and be their first point of contact internally for the project
  • Prepare QA documentation upon project completion
  • Liaise with the commercial team to submit AFPs/Invoices on time
Requirements
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience within the construction industry
  • Temporary Works Coordinator of all site works
  • Working knowledge of planning software (Microsoft Project or similar)
  • Good understanding of construction methods and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience with NEC and JCT contracts
  • Cost-aware and conscious
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel nationwide with some overnight stays
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Friendly personality with a 'can-do' attitude

  • Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (must be flexible due to projects)
