About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at VINCI Building. This role will involve coordinating the design process for our construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project coordination, with previous experience working on mid to large new build & refurbishment projects across various sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the design process for construction projects, including agreeing the Project Stage Design Programme and associated Design Deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on progress, examining the physical characteristics of the site.
  • Manage the on-site design process at 'RIBA Stage 4 and 5'
  • Evaluate the return on investment to ensure it is a viable project.
  • Establish and agree the project Common Data Environment (CDE), the project file structure, virtual file links, email file links, security rights, workflows and voting rights.

Desirable Criteria:

  • An architect or Design Manager with relevant qualification.
  • Previous experience working on projects in construction across varying sectors such as education, healthcare, and commercial.
  • Previous experience in the Construction sector working on mid to large new build & refurbishment projects.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
