Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Professional Construction Recruitment in the Shrewsbury area. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality.

About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing organisational resources, including maintaining a clear management structure, ensuring individuals are aware of their responsibilities, and developing them through coaching and training. They will also manage information, including production schedules, dissemination of information, and understanding the implications and value proposition of BIM within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Resource Management:
    • Maintain a clear management structure
    • Assign individual responsibilities and ensure employees understand expectations
    • Employ additional resources as required
    • Develop employees through coaching and training
  2. Information Management:
    • Manage designers and provide direction for the design manager
    • Produce information required schedules & subsequent monitoring
    • Ensure dissemination of information to relevant parties
    • Understand the implications and value proposition of BIM within the organisation
  3. Production:
    • Ensure materials, plant, and sub-contractors are procured to meet targets
    • Ensure appropriate quality is achieved on the project
    • Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with all HS&E legislation and site Health Safety and Environmental Plans

Benefits:
The salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include a competitive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and professional development opportunities.
