Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining HR records, creating software-based systems, reviewing policies, supporting recruitment duties, managing payroll, and developing the HR function.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Design and implement a software-based HR system to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Review, update, and maintain all HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Support recruitment duties, including writing job profiles, screening CVs, and assisting with interviews.
  • Work closely with the Accounts department to manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Provide guidance to the Director on HR-related issues or concerns, offering expert advice and recommendations.
  • Develop and improve the HR function within the business, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and employment law to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • A relevant qualification in HR or Personnel is essential for this role.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or Above or Equivalent are required qualifications.

Salary and Benefits:
