Job Description
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional to join our small yet dynamic HR team. As an HR Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the group divisions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Your key responsibilities will include absence management, record maintenance, assisting with recruitment and selection activities, collating monthly payroll data, and preparing confidential correspondence. You will work closely with the Human Resources Advisor to ensure that all HR functions are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year's experience in HR administration, ideally holding or working towards an HR qualification such as the CIPD level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. You should also have a solid understanding of HR procedures and legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
