Job Title: HR Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Morris Lubricants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive support to the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, personnel files and other relevant documents.
  • To coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed efficiently.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Details:

The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, which equates to approximately £13,793.10 per annum on a pro-rata basis for 20 hours per week. This is equivalent to a full-time salary of £43,750 per annum.
