We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy CEO to lead our healthcare operations. As a pivotal role in providing strategic and operational leadership, business development, and client-facing services, this position requires exceptional financial, operational, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational oversight for HR, finance, IT, facilities, and risk management
- Act as a key liaison to UMass Chan Medical School
- Provide strategic and operational leadership, business development, and client-facing services

Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare services with a proven track record in health systems, market opportunities, technology solutions, and resource allocation
- Expertise in operations, finance, human resources, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of healthcare challenges and trends
- Excellent financial, operational, and technical skills

Salary and Benefits
$170,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
